about

Drew Blum is Josh's older brother. He's been at it a really long time and his work is deffo underrated and worth a listen. He's also a great friend and good drinking buddy. In this recording, because the original's pretty much held together by the drums and the bassline, I've been kinda forced to play it almost matching to the original version. As a result, my attempt at the drum part isn't totally off-beat, which will please people like Colton. I've also snuck in some new harmonies and put some of the horn section into what I've finagled up for a lead guitar section.

Written by Drew Blum. As I'd find out, this was the easiest of his songs to learn by ear. Upon hearing this, he dug it too.

Dan played his Montana acoustic, Ibanez electric, Yamaha bass, electric drums, used both his Fender amp and his chorus amp, and slapped up some good vocals on this one.
